Michael began his legal career in the Greater Boston area where he spent 18 years as a business litigation attorney while serving as a trusted legal advisor to clients in a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, health care, manufacturing, and software.
Michael graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1998, where he was a member of the Law Review editorial staff. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of Florida, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island and the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, District of Massachusetts, District of Rhode Island, First Circuit Court of Appeals, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has tried more than 40 jury trials and dozens of bench trials in state and federal courts with an outstanding success record. Michael is also an experienced appellate attorney. He has participated in more than 100 mediations and appeared before the EEOC and FTC.
