Barbara’s practice is focused on general civil litigation, contract law, and community association law. Barbara attended the University of Oklahoma as a National Merit Scholar and graduated cum laude in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She earned her juris doctor degree in 2010 at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she obtained American Jurisprudence Awards in contracts and employment law courses and was a member of Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity. Barbara began her legal career in Oklahoma and moved to Florida in 2011.
Barbara is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Oklahoma Bar, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is an active member of the Volusia County Bar Association and Dunn-Blount Inns of Court. She also serves on the advisory board of the Port Orange Community Trust and on the board of directors for FUTURES Foundation for Volusia Schools. In 2019, Barbara was recognized as one of the “40 Under 40” young professionals by the Daytona Beach News-Journal Business Report.
