Has an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale Hubbell and has been a Board Certified Real Property Lawyer since 1987. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 1973 from the University of South Florida, Tom received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1976 from Stetson University College of Law.

He has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1984. Tom is a third-generation New Smyrna Beach native and has practiced law in New Smyrna Beach since 1976.  He handles commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation, including survey, easement and riparian rights disputes, civil litigation, corporate matters, wills, trusts, and probate law
