Attorneys R. Brooks Casey and Frank X. Rapprich are certified by the Florida Supreme Court to conduct Circuit Civil mediations. Mr. Casey is authorized to conduct appellate mediations in state court and by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida to conduct mediations in federal court. Wright & Casey, P.A. has four state of the art conference rooms available. Each conference has an available television for electronic presentation purposes. The firm is also capable of conducting electronic mediations via video conferencing software such as Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams.

In addition to mediation training, Brooks and Frank have completed the Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitration and Non-binding Arbitration Training Program and are available to serve as arbitrators in civil cases.  Additionally, Frank is approved to arbitrate American Arbitration Association (AAA) matters.
