Frank is also on the AAA panel of arbitrators and he is also on the list of arbitrators for the Florida Circuit Courts in Volusia, Brevard and Seminole Counties.
Richard was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987 and began his litigation practice with Maguire, Voorhis & Wells, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. In 1993, he founded a multi-lawyer litigation practice in Orlando and managed the firm until joining Wright & Casey, P.A. in 2021, as of-counsel. Richard has litigated, arbitrated and mediated a wide range of plaintiff and defense matters throughout Florida and the United States.
