R. Brooks Casey

Erin practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate Business Law, Real Estate, and Association Law. Her Real Estate practice involves negotiating commercial and residential real estate purchases.

Erin E. Wollett

Joshua is a native Floridian, New Smyrna Beach resident and his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate matters, estate planning, probate, and trust law, as well as land use, and business.

Joshua C. Wells

Bert’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including contract and construction disputes, corporate and employment issues, and matters involving real property and land use.

ROBERT A. WOHN III

Barbara’s practice is focused on general civil litigation, contract law, and community association law. Barbara earned her juris doctor degree in 2010 at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Barbara C. Reid

Richard was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987 and began his litigation practice with Maguire, Voorhis & Wells, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. In 1993, he founded a multi-lawyer litigation practice in Orlando and managed the firm until joining Wright & Casey, P.A. in 2021, as of-counsel. Richard has litigated, arbitrated and mediated a wide range of plaintiff and defense matters throughout Florida and the United States.

RICHARD WRIGHT

Frank is an experienced commercial litigator, focusing on contract and construction disputes, as well as lawsuits involving business transactions, corporate matters and real estate. Frank is also on the AAA panel of arbitrators and he is also on the list of arbitrators for the Florida Circuit Courts in Volusia, Brevard and Seminole Counties.

FRANK X. RAPPRICH, III

Mark P Cressman is an experienced civil trial lawyer and counselor-at-law who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, medical, and professional liability cases.

Sean is a native Floridian. His practice focuses on land use, business and corporate matters , as well as commercial and residential real estate matters, estate planning, probate, and trust law. Mr. O’Toole graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 2003 and received his JD from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2010, where he completed the Law and Business certificate program. 

Jeff graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law in 2006, then earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2007.  His practice includes business litigation and transactions, tax controversy for individuals and businesses, tax planning for businesses and individuals, and he is Certified Circuit Mediator.

Jessica Drenkhahn is a native Floridian, hailing from the city of Orlando. She attended the University of Central Florida and earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, FL in 2021.
