Jeff was proudly born and raised in Massachusetts and has a deep and abiding hatred of the Yankees, Lakers, and Canadiens.  He graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law in 2006, then earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2007.  His practice includes business litigation and transactions, tax controversy for individuals and businesses, tax planning for businesses and individuals, and he is Certified Circuit Mediator.
